FAQs
What Should My Lil’ Kicker Wear to Class?
Your Lil’ Kicker should dress in comfortable athletic apparel and closed-toed/flat-soled shoes. Please note that we don’t use cleats on the indoor turf. For Jackrabbits, Big Feet, Micro and Skills Classes, we suggest Shin guards and Socks.
Make-Up Classes:
We will not reimburse or credit you for missed classes. We will, however, do our best to help schedule you a make-up class. Make-up classes can be scheduled at any of our facilities and are subject to available space. Make-ups do not carry over into the next session.
Parental Policy:
Parents are required to stay within the facility during their child’s class.
Discounts:
Multiple Class Discounts: Participants who register for two or more classes per week, in the same session, will receive 20% off all additional classes during the season.
Sibling Discounts: Siblings are defined as children that reside in the same household and are under the care of the same parent/guardian. After one child is enrolled, the discount is 20% off for siblings enrolled during the same season.
What Should We Bring to Class?
Make sure to have those comfortable clothes, flat soled shoes, shin guards, socks and don’t forget a Water Bottle!
Transfer Policy:
Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session, provided there is space available in the desired class.
Registration:
Spaces in classes are not guaranteed without payment. Partway through the season, we will hold a priority registration for current customers to re-register for their current classes. At that time, should you desire to change classes for the next session, you may ask to be put on a wait-list and will be contacted just before registration opens up to the public, to let you know whether we were able to register you for your preferred class.
Trial Classes:
All first time trial classes are free of charge for customers NEW to the Lil’ Kickers program. Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available. You must call or email to set up a free trial class.
Refunds and Credits:
Should you decide that you need to cancel your class for the remainder of the season, we have two options available:
Credit: We can issue a credit in full for the remaining classes to be used for a future season. Credits do not expire.
Refund: We can issue a refund for the remaining classes in the season. There is a $10 processing fee for a class refund, per child. We do not offer refunds for previously missed classes.
Both options require a written email requests to lilkickers@theplexpdx.com 48 hours before your child’s upcoming class.
